Warranty

All purchases are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, all of our items are covered under a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. We back every product we sell with a 1 (one) year warranty. Shipping charges for all warranty returns are at the expense of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for ALL warranty returns. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover failures which are a result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, weather, outdoor elements or modifications. Items that are accepted under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion depending on the problem.

You must be 18 years of age to purchase any pepper spray or stun gun.
