I welcome you to join my team! I have a passion for our Damsel products and the business itself. A true passion of mine is helping others to reach their goals. I get very excited when a new team member makes her first goal. I celebrate with my team. I encourage someone interested in starting a Damsel in Defense business to interview potential mentors.

What to Expect:

I am here to support my team! Know that you are not in this alone!

I believe in setting goals, so I ask that you tell me your goals or we can work together to establish your goals, and then determine how we will track and measure them. I host conference calls as well as one-on-one training. I use email, text, skype and phone calls to keep up with everyone.

Once you become a Mentor in Damsel in Defense it is your responsibility to help your team. I believe from the time you sponsor your first team member you are responsible for helping that team member succeed.

If you are out of town, your training will be completed via conference calls, video and skype. I am a huge fan of text messages as well – you can tell me how you want to connect.

The Damsel in Defense Spirit is about helping and empowering others, my team takes priority.

What do you get upon joining Damsel in Defense?

When you sign up to sell Damsel in Defense you get the Knight in Shining Armor Starter Kit for $179 or the Fire & Ice Starter Kit for $109. You will also have access to the entire Damsel in Defense tools and resources. In addition to the resources Damsel in Defense offers; I have a lot of tools and resources to help my team.

Those resources include a team group page which contains documents and team information. Having access to the group page will allow you to plug in to our daily goals for success system. Within this group page I share information, inspiration, advice and suggestions. We also use a facebook group where others on the team can help each other out.
